Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 7, 2026

MyPocket’s accessibility approach is to identify barriers, improve usability, and provide a way for visitors to request assistance.

Our accessibility goal

MyPocket aims to make its website usable by people with a range of abilities and assistive technologies. This statement describes an intended approach, not a certification of accessibility or a claim that every feature meets an accessibility standard.

Standards and review

The target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Conformance has not been established by this statement.

Areas of focus

Accessibility review should include keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, meaningful link and button labels, heading structure, text contrast, zoom and responsive layouts, form instructions and errors, and compatibility with screen readers. Images should have appropriate alternative text, and videos should provide captions or other alternatives where needed.

Third-party services and media

Linked websites, externally hosted media, and third-party tools may have accessibility limitations outside MyPocket’s direct control. If a third-party feature prevents you from accessing important information, contact the team to request an alternative format or another way to complete your task.

Report a barrier

Use the contact option on the home page to report an accessibility issue or request assistance. Include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and, if helpful, the browser or assistive technology used. Share only details you are comfortable providing.

Ongoing improvements

Reported barriers should be reviewed and addressed according to their impact. Contact MyPocket to ask about known limitations or available alternatives.
