Terms Of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These terms outline expectations for using the MyPocket website and distinguish website use from separately agreed digital services.

Scope of these terms

These terms cover use of the MyPocket website and its online features. Website development, mobile app development, AI solutions, animation, and other paid services should be governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. In a conflict concerning a purchased service, its signed agreement should control.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate information when creating an account and keep login credentials confidential. Use only accounts and management tools you are authorized to access. Notify MyPocket if you suspect unauthorized use. Access to an App CMS or administration area depends on permissions and is not granted merely by registering.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, infringement, or distribution of malicious software. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or obtain another person’s information without permission.

Your submitted content

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share project materials and other submitted content. MyPocket should use those materials only as needed to respond to your request or perform agreed services. Ownership, licensing, confidentiality, and portfolio permissions for project deliverables should be specified in the applicable project agreement.

Website content and third-party links

MyPocket branding and original website content may not be copied or misrepresented without permission, except where applicable law permits. Third-party names and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. External services, including linked social media sites, have their own terms, and MyPocket does not control their content or availability.

AI assistance

The AI assistant provides general information and may produce incomplete or inaccurate answers. Verify important information with the MyPocket team. Chat responses do not constitute binding quotes, project commitments, or legal, financial, or professional advice.

Project pricing and payments

Fees, milestones, delivery timelines, revisions, cancellation rights, and refund terms should be set out in your written project agreement. Website descriptions alone do not create a service contract or guarantee a specific outcome.

Domain ownership

If My Pocket registers and owns a domain for you, or you use a domain owned by My Pocket, you receive permission to use it during your service, not ownership. My Pocket keeps the domain when service ends, and your permission to use it ends. This does not apply to a domain you independently own.

Availability and responsibility

Online features may be changed or temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude mandatory consumer protections or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and questions

These terms may be updated as services or legal requirements change. Contact MyPocket through the home page contact option with questions.
